How to delete your IntuitiveSBA account and request deletion of your personal data.

1. Overview
This page explains how to delete your IntuitiveSBA account and how to request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or contact us to request a full deletion of your personal data.
2. Delete your account in the app
To delete your account from the IntuitiveSBA mobile app:
- Open the app and tap your account avatar at the top-right of the Home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm when prompted.
What happens next: your sign-in is disabled immediately and all your active sessions end. Because your school owns and controls its records, the school's roster, scores and report cards are kept with the school. If you are the only Head of a school, you must first make another teacher a Head, so the school keeps an administrator.
3. Restoring access
For a limited recovery period after deletion, a school administrator can restore your access if it was deleted by mistake. After that period, the account is removed.
4. Request full deletion of your personal data
To request erasure of the personal data we hold about you, email info@intuitivesba.com from your registered email or phone number, with the subject “Data deletion”. We may ask you to verify your identity.
What we delete
- Your account profile (name, phone number, email), sign-in credentials and sessions.
- Security and audit entries that personally identify you, except where we must keep them by law.
What may be retained
- Records that the school controls (for example a pupil's report cards) — these belong to the school, not to your personal account.
- Limited data we are required to keep by law, and anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when done.
5. Deleting pupil or guardian data
Pupil and guardian records belong to the school, which is the data controller. If you are a parent or guardian and want a pupil's data corrected or deleted, please contact the school's Head or administrator. On a school's verified instruction, we will delete or correct the relevant records.
6. SMS opt-out
Guardians can opt out of report-link SMS at any time through their school, or by contacting us at info@intuitivesba.com. Once opted out, a guardian is no longer sent messages.
